Liam Senior, a recent member, has reached out to the JNZBC regarding the Christchurch-Kurashiki disabled youth exchange programme. In short, they are looking to relaunch the programme but need new sponsors and partners who can help make it possible once again. Melanie and Mark Baker-Jones from Te Whakahaere presented at the BNZ Event on 16 September, following their recent visit to Japan during which they meet with a number of Japanese financial institutions and corporates, as well as the Financial Services Agency. Their report provides a comprehensive guide for Japanese companies on climate-related financial disclosures, highlighting key challenges, opportunities, and strategic approaches to climate risk.
